Library Cards

Your library card connects you to a world of resources and learning. Register for a card at any library service desk. If you have questions about library cards or your account, please call us at (920) 832-6179.

Getting a Card

Library cards are free for all Wisconsin residents. Bring a photo ID with your name and current address to any service desk. Residents ages 0-17 will just need a parent or guardian present to sign for the card.

If you are a new resident or your photo ID doesn’t include your current address, please bring additional proof of address such as a bank statement, check book, utility bill or other official mail.

Managing Your Card

You can check your account online, including renewing and requesting materials, by visiting the InfoSoup website.

Lost your card? Please call immediately to report it lost or stolen. You are responsible for items checked out on your card.

One free replacement card is available every 12 months. Additional replacement cards within a 12-month period are $3.
